Skip the build. We'll ship your outreach system in 14 days.
For sales-led teams and founders without engineering capacity to spare. We build the same intent-based outreach system the tutorial walks through — tuned to your ICP, in your voice, deployed and yours. $10,000 flat. Two weeks. No hourly billing, ever.
Discovery call is a fit-check, not a pitch. If we're not the right shape for your problem, we'll say so and point you to who is.
What you get
Same scope every time. No custom quotes.
- 60-min discovery call
ICP, signals, voice, channels. Front-loaded clarity prevents scope creep.
- Forked starter repo, deployed to your Vercel
MIT-licensed. You own the code from day one.
- Three production signals tuned to your ICP
One keyword, one engagement, one watchlist by default. Substitutable for your stack.
- Custom firing rules for each signal
The biggest single value-add — the difference between 12% reply rate and 0.3%.
- Custom drafter prompts in your voice
We tune from your existing top-performing outreach copy, not a generic template.
- HMAC-verified webhook handler + approval queue UI
Reuses the open-source starter, customized for your domain.
- One LinkedIn account connected + warmup plan
We hand you the schedule. Account warmup actions stay yours — that's the safe pattern.
- 30-day handoff support, 24h response SLA
Slack channel or shared email. Time-boxed so the relationship stays clean.
- One-page architecture document
Whoever maintains it after us has the runway to read the code and reason about it.
What we don't do
Productized means a hard edge on scope. The exclusions matter as much as the inclusions — without them, the unit economics collapse and the price has to go up.
- Lead lists or contact data — you bring or buy elsewhere
- Ongoing managed service — handoff is real, not “we run it”
- Your LinkedIn account warmup actions
- More than three signals (additional signals at $1,500 each)
- Custom UI beyond the starter's queue (custom UI is a $5K add-on)
- Email sender warmup
- CRM integrations beyond what the starter ships with
How we handle platform risk
You're paying us to build something on top of LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a platform we don't control. That's true of every outreach tool in this category — Lemlist, Apollo, La Growth Machine, Phantombuster, MyAgentMail — we just say it out loud.
What we do to reduce the risk
- Conservative polling. Industry-standard cadences with jitter, never more aggressive than what LinkedIn's third-party-API providers themselves publish as safe.
- Real account control. Your actions go through your real LinkedIn account on residential infrastructure. We don't bypass technical countermeasures — bot detection, CAPTCHAs, rate limits — because bypassing them is what gets accounts banned.
- Multi-account fan-out. When you connect a second LinkedIn account, the system distributes load. One degraded session never breaks the whole loop.
- Parser drift detection. We watch the structured logs. When LinkedIn changes a page layout (which they do, periodically), we notice within hours and re-derive the parser, usually within a day.
If something does go wrong
If a platform-level change makes the system unworkable for more than 30 consecutive days, you get a 50% refund of the build fee plus a full refund of any prepaid maintenance. The starter repo is yours either way; nothing lives behind a license you can lose. And in the unlikely event MyAgentMail itself shuts down, you get 90 days notice, a pro-rated refund, and the starter is portable to alternative LinkedIn-API providers (one to three weeks of engineering work to swap).
Two weeks, day by day
Anything longer than 14 days kills the productized economics. Anything shorter doesn't leave room to tune on real data.
| When | Milestone |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | Payment received, kickoff scheduled |
| Day 1 | Discovery call (60 min) + async ICP brief |
| Days 2–3 | Fork starter, customize, deploy to staging |
| Days 4–6 | Firing rules + drafter prompts; first dry-run on your data |
| Day 7 | Internal review with us; iterate |
| Days 8–9 | LinkedIn account connection + first live signal poll |
| Days 10–12 | Tune based on first 48h of real matches |
| Day 13 | Handoff call + architecture walkthrough |
| Day 14 | 30-day support window opens |
What it costs
One-shot, 14 days. 50% deposit, 50% on handoff. No hourly billing.

- Monthly tuning review of the last 30 days of match data
- One signal swap or refinement per month
- Drafter prompt iteration based on observed reply rates
- Webhook delivery + parser drift monitoring
+ 3 more
- Slack channel access, 24h business-day response

- Quarterly architecture review (30 min)
Add-ons
Pre-priced. No quotes, no negotiation. Pick what you need at kickoff or layer on later.
| Each additional signal beyond three | $1,500 |
| Custom approval-queue UI (your branding, custom fields) | $5,000 |

Who this is for
For
- Sales-led teams without internal engineering capacity for outreach tooling
- Agencies handling outreach for clients who want a system, not a process
- Founders who'd rather pay $10K than spend three weeks learning a new platform
- Operators who've already validated their ICP and just need the engine
Not for
- Teams looking for a fully managed service — we're builders, not operators
- Anyone running fewer than ~500 outreach actions per month — self-serve is plenty
- Anyone who hasn't validated their ICP yet — this won't help find product-market fit
- Customers expecting same-day response on weekends — business-day cadence only
Be one of the first three
The first three customers get $2,000 off the build fee in exchange for a written testimonial and a 30-minute interview for a published case study. Same scope, same timeline — earlier price, lighter ask.

What if we want more than three signals?+
Each additional signal is $1,500. We've found three is the sweet spot for actually getting started — more dilutes attention. Most clients add a fourth in month two of maintenance, not in the build.
Can you run it for us instead of handing off?+
No — we're not a managed service business. After 30 days of support, the system is yours. If you want ongoing engineering attention, the maintenance subscription ($2K/month) covers tuning and refinement; it does not cover daily operation.
Do you provide leads?+
No. You bring the audience and the LinkedIn account; we build the engine. Lead sourcing is a different skill and a different vendor.
What happens after the 30-day support window?+
Three options: continue with us at $2,000/month for ongoing tuning + signal swaps, hire us hourly at $200/hr for one-off changes, or self-support — the system is yours either way.
Can we cancel?+
The build is 50% deposit + 50% on handoff. Refund of the deposit any time before kickoff; after kickoff the work is committed and non-refundable. Maintenance is month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no fixed-term contract.
What if we don't want to keep using MyAgentMail after?+
The starter repository is yours under MIT license, with deliberately thin abstractions. Migrating it to an alternative LinkedIn-API provider (Unipile, Phantombuster, HeyReach) is one to three weeks of engineering work. You'll lose the polling and signal infrastructure, but the code is portable.
Who exactly is doing the work?+
Founder + senior engineer. You'll know who you're working with from the discovery call onward — same people start to finish.
What happens if LinkedIn changes their rules or makes our approach unworkable?+
Every LinkedIn-adjacent outreach tool — Lemlist, Apollo, La Growth Machine, Phantombuster, MyAgentMail — depends on LinkedIn remaining accessible. We mitigate three ways: industry-standard polling cadences with jitter, multi-account fan-out so one disrupted session doesn't break the loop, and active parser monitoring so we see breakage within hours not weeks. If a platform-level change makes the system unworkable for more than 30 consecutive days, you receive a 50% refund of the build fee plus a full refund of any prepaid maintenance, no questions asked. The repo is yours either way.
